Avoid going to park position when possible

Roberto Cavada requested to merge 56-sends-the-dish-in-park-when-idle-automatic into master

When going to automatic mode, the dish goes first in park position only when there are no conditions for automatic activities, and the dish would otherwise stay in an unknown position.
