Improve handling of engine's emergency procedure

#79 (closed) introduced an emergency procedure in the stirling PLC.
After some tests on the field, it shown up that the procedure works as expected, but there is a lack of notification to the user when the PLC has entered in emergency. This can be very dangerous as the user might launch operations on the plant without even knowing that the PLC is in lockdown mode.
