Safe Stirling handling in case the controller goes down

If the main controller on the industrial PC has a failure, it is necessary to instruct the Stirling PLC to handle the engine in a safe way. More specifically, an algorithm for the PLC should be developed that's able to turn on/off the engine appropriately. This algorithm has to execute whenever the controller's heart beet variable on the PLC is stuck.
