Improve dynamic of he-temp

Roberto Cavada requested to merge improve_simulation_he_temp into master

Made the effects of rpm and dni dependent on the current temperature. For rpm: higher temp has higher effect For dni: higher temp has lower effect

Both effects are non-linear This makes the temperature dynamics much more easy to control, as negative feedback gets applied.
