Dump DB with variable frequency

Dumping to the DB shall be done with variable period, depending on the system status.

  • During energy production every 5 seconds
  • On transitions: every 250 ms (e.g. when entering the sun tracking), and for a few seconds after the event
  • When idle: every 10 minutes
