Stop engine abruptly

In these conditions, the engine has to stop without waiting park-pressure:

1. High recv temperature (eng-RECV-MAX-TEMP)
2. Low recv temperature (eng-RECV-MIN-TEMP)
3. High He pressure (eng-HE-MAX-PRESS)
4. Low oil pressure alarm
5. High water-inlet-temp (eng-INLET-WATER-MAX-TEMP)
6. High water-outlet-temp (eng-OUTLET-WATER-MAX-TEMP)
7. High outlet-cavity-temp (eng-OUTLET-CAVITY-MAX-TEMP)
8. Any error from the regulator
