Add helium recharge procedure

An automatic procedure to recharge the engine helium tank should be developed and implemented.
The requirements:

• the pressure of the refill tank has to be set with its regulator to 30 bar
• the heat gun has to be set to medium power
• the water pump has to be on
• the recharge valve has to be activated
• the output valve has to be activated
• the engine has to be turned off when the receiver temperature goes below 10°C
• the engine has to be turned on after a standby period of 60 seconds or when the receiver temperature goes above 100°C
• the entire procedure has to stop when the engine's tank reaches a pressure of about 180 bar
